Millen Farm First Friday Feast – 1 November


Join us at Pause on the 1st Friday of every month to enjoy Millen farm’s fresh produce parade across your table.
This is an opportunity to not only share a delicious lunch with friends, but see how Chef Rino expresses the true nature of this delicious fresh produce we are lucky to have access to.
For November’s First Friday Feast he proposes:
Welcome: blowtorched salmon, Millen farm zucchini and kohlrabi
Entree: 4 Italian cheese filled ravioli, Millen farm beetroot purée
Main: ginger and soy Asian greens, lightly smoked duck leg
Dessert: roast Stanthorpe apple, almond and berries
Local, Fresh, Inventive dishes, simple and delicious.  This event is often a sellout as it is such amazing value, so we suggest purchasing your tickets early!
