Millen Farm First Friday Feast – 6 March
My best friend of 30+ years and I enjoyed this meal last Friday!
My first time at Pause, despite trying to get there previously. This menu was the perfect style for us (we love and support local grown food).
I will be back. My fav was hard to decide between the Wagyu or the lasagne. I couldn’t stop eating and was soooo full afterwards.
I might have to make this my monthly treat!
Entree: Trofie (Ligurian pasta) with organic beans, potatoes and local basil pesto.
Main: 18h Black Angus rump cap, organic creamy corn and grill polenta.
Dessert: Millen farm Cranberries hibiscus semifreddo, local figs and honey.
