Millen Farm First Friday Feast


Join us at Pause on the 1st Friday of every month to enjoy Millen farm’s fresh produce parade across your table.
Chef Rino proposes 5 dishes, each highlighting a seasonal vegetable, fruit or herb, and then of course, a dessert to finish.  Mostly vegetarian (or completely vegetarian on request) this is an opportunity to not only share a delicious lunch with friends, but see how Chef Rino expresses the true nature of this delicious fresh produce we are lucky to have access to.
Shown here, by way of example, is our Beetroot Risotto, with roast beetroot and shaved radish, toasted pine nuts and shaved parmesan.
We have been offered some fresh free-range chickens from a Glasshouse Mountain’s Farm that will make their appearance also.  Local, Fresh, Inventive dishes, simple and delicious.
$30 per person.
